As our products (some/all) are made under our own inspection and undergoes checking at each level till final product we assure guarantee for our product ,and so the need of refund or cancellation of order is not required.
We kindly request you to order the right product to meet your needs as we strictly follow no refund and no cancellation policy.
As errors are unavoidable even after all the checking and verification if you’ve received a wrong / defective products or if a product is missing because of our mistake we sincerely apologize and we own the right to decide on refund /exchange of that product based on available /providing alternate product in same range ,based on the video you provide from opening the pack to the defect you find and that too within 24 hours after delivery .we only ask you to mail us within 24 hours with proper video ( without editing/ morphing) and right reason for the defect and request you to give us time to analyse the issues.
As the images of products you see virtually (through computer or other devices) are taken under different circumstances so colour of products may/may not vary while delivered . In such cases a slight changes in colour is not considered for refund or cancellation.
Except the case mentioned above we follow no refund no cancellation policy.
